The NEURO Debate Networking against exclusion took place rigth after the opening on friday night, 27th of February 2004. Florian Schneider discussed with Shahidul Alam, Geert Lovink and Dierk Borstel different strategies, perspective and challenges in the struggle against exclusion we are facing nowadays.
